You can cancel your stay for a 100% refund up until 7 days before your arrival. Beyond this, officially your reservation will be non-refundable, however if we are able to fill any of the dates with another reservation, we will provide a refund for any nights that are successfully re-booked.

Absolutely. The house has one allocated off-street parking space and there is an abundance of free on-street parking.
Yes, we supply excellent quality towels and linen for your stay. You'll have one bath towel and one hand towel per guest and these are refreshed on a weekly basis if you're staying with us a little longer.
We're not a hotel with staff on-site, however we do offer 24/7 support with local staff available when needed. Many questions can be answered by the extensive house manual in our guest app but for those issues that can't be resolved online, we have local staff available to assist very
We do offer early check-in and late check-out and unlike other providers, we do not charge for this. It does depend on availability, so be sure to request this at your earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment.
