FOR THE BOOKERS
It's located at the north end of Milton Keynes, less than 1 mile from M1 Junction 14.
Ask us about your planned dates, including any repeat weeks. We're always happy to extend your stay based on availability. You need only drop us a message or give us a call.
There is a safe off-street parking space which vans can use, but let us know if you have a larger van as there may be some height and width restrictions. There is also free on-street parking.
Absolutely. Check availability and book on our website for a single stay, or contact us with the dates and team size for a block booking quote. We'll confirm availability and the booking details before you commit.
There may be a small additional per-night surcharge for extra guests, so it's important to enter the correct number of guests for your stay on the booking page, but other than that the price you're quoted is the final price you pay - no extra charges for cleaning, linen, etc.
There is strictly no smoking inside the house, but smoking is permitted in the garden.
You can cancel your stay for a 100% refund up until 7 days before your arrival. Beyond this, officially your reservation will be non-refundable, however if we are able to fill any of the dates with another reservation, we will provide a refund for any nights that are successfully re-booked.
